Pascual Reyes Town-homes Development PDF Print E-mail

The Pico Union Housing Corporation (PUHC) enthusiastically announces the closing of the Pascual Reyes Town-homes Development.  The Pascual Reyes Town-homes Development consists of the new construction of 13 units targeted for large low to moderate income families.  The project has been designed to meet the redevelopment goals of the City of Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency, and is a part of a master development plan that included the construction of the adjacent Bill Cruz Child Center.  The Pico Union community contains many large sized families, many of which are presently living in under-sized units; thus, demonstrating the great need for more accommodating units.

The projects site is located at 1413 West Connecticut Street, Los Angeles, California 90015 and construction will begin approximately two weeks after escrow closes on Friday, February 24, 2006.
This proposed site plan includes the construction of two 2-story buildings containing 6 and 7 units.  Each unit will include 4 bedrooms, 2.5 – 3 bathrooms, a private garage, and interior laundry hook-ups. The 13 town-homes that will be offered to low and moderate income first time home buyers upon the completion of the 15 year tax credit compliance period.  The town-homes are expected to be finalized in 2006.
